About us

Alfahad Trading is a family owned business established in the 1970s.  The company began with car care products and the establishment of the largest car wash station in Kuwait.  Following that, it began a chain of travel agencies throughout the country.  In recent years, we have successfully launched a chain of Mediterranean restaurants.  We are always looking to expand and diversify the scope of our business.

 

In Mid-2013, Vortek was established with the goal of becoming a leading distributor of unique mobile accessories and gadgets in Kuwait and the gulf region.  Since that time, we have been able to infiltrate key retailers in Apple retail, Consumer Electronics, and mobile retail in Kuwait.

We have been able to successfully distribute several new brands we have acquired in the past 6 months.  Our aim is to completely establish retail channels locally in Kuwait.  In parallel, we are working on expanding our distribution reach to our neighboring countries; UAE, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Qatar, and Oman.
